Another thing, this really made me happy for the activists. Sometimes it feels like, unless you are a powerful politician or Warren Buffet, you can't enact change or right any wrongs. I cannot believe I just saw that. So much red tape in the legal system. When someone in any of the appeals courts realized their was juror misconduct (discussing Jessies confession when he did not testify in D&J's trial) why was there not a new trial then? The DNA evidence that didn't match them, that story was on CNN 3 years ago, maybe more. WTF? Their plea, I think means they can't sue for restitution from the state, but Damien should be able to make some $ with a book or speaking deals.
