attacking out of stealth.. the mezz shot, is there a button I can hotkey that just does this mezz shot?I've done it by just pressing "up attack" once but sometimes it seems to break or shoot two arrows.. I'm not sure... whats the best way to open with a good mezz shot stun.Also if you don't mind, what is your combo attack order (if you have one), and is there a special way to get fatality

Everyone can stealth by the way, you don't need alot of points in it just sneak around in the shadows and attack from their blind spot. A few things need to be changed though but don't forget that.

Link me to your arena team where you have a 2.2k rating with a HUNTER on your team of all things. If you're just standing there then the other member(s) of your team would have to be godlike for you to earn a 2.2k rating.

In AoC however if you have witnessed how epic the siges can be you will be speechless. PvP is meant to be fun. The only thing WoW is better than in AoC is the fact that the interface isnt as 'chunky'. But years of 8 hour patches has fixed that, and no doubt the AoC UI will be made more user friendly soon. Any more arguments that WoW is a better game than AoC even though AoC has only been released for 2 weeks?
Besides that i have no knowledge of any sieges in wow? correct me if im wrong but you grind for PvP in WoW. sure the first 10mins of end game are fun as you spam 'woot im lvl 70' in trade channel, then it just sinks in. what do you do next? why yu grind for rewards of course! i mean how fun is that? you need to spam battlegrounds again and again for a helmet and when you have it 10 seconds after it hits you that you have to spam BG again for the chest piece etc etc.
Endgame of WoW as mentioned isn't PvP but endgame instancing up to BT. BG/Arena isn't the clad yourself in purples. Thus you need to clear your facts too.
That said, most of my old pals are looking towards AoC currently, forgoing the upcoming WoTLK expansion most probably. It's still new and we'll definitely try to test its playability.
PvP or not, we're all hoping AoC to be as promising as possible :)

Think i'll give some views having left WoW after a 2.5yrs stint. WoW takes no skills? Yup, maybe to 70. That'll put your double 70 down. the game looks kick ass but it wont start for me it gets stuck on update manager and freezes. i cant find help on any forums. if anyone experienced the same problem and knows how to fix it please reply
WoW frustrates me...raids keep falling apart, all the bg's are small or else they make ur computer lag (i have a nice mac, but still lagg like hell in AV). Additionally, the PvP in WoW is not rly based on the PvP itself, but rather the lack thereof. Fears, stuns, it's all so annoying...specially when u get cheapshotted by 3 rogues u dont even get a chance to deal dmg. this game actually looks interesting. ( i still <3 WoW tho cz i play for free on a private server xD )
Maybe if you bothered to communicate with others you could coordinate and stop getting ganked by 3 rogues. The reasons you list for WoW being inferior are just because you are bad at the game.

Did WoW borrow ideas from other games? Yes. It took good ideas and put them to use. There's a difference between WoW using some good ideas from previous MMO's, and AoC being a clone.
AoC is a clone of WoW in so many ways I've lost count. I'm playing it so it's not like I'm just making shit up. It's not that they borrowed some ideas, it's that they practically copied the entire game and just gave it better graphics and slightly different PvP.
Wow, you must have never played anything other then WoW. Most MMO's use the same basic concepts... nothing in WoW is unique to WoW. AoC is nothing like woW had you played the game you would realize this. WoW is boring... its about spamming instants and playing the flavor of the month class. WoW didn't have ANY battlegrounds at release, actually... I've played since then and remember when they added BGs and honor, and then Cross-server after that.
WoW at launch was a buggy POS, all mmo's have their problems at launch time.
I played WoW since launch and you're full of it. Buggy PoS? No. It was a bit bare in terms of instances/PvP content but at that point instanced bosses and content was a new concept believe it or not so they actually had to design a system instead of just copying a previous game and tacking on dungeon design.
You apparently don't remember the loot lag, the constant server restarts, the game freezing in major cities because servers couldn't handle the amount of people at launch, the class imbalances, I could go on forever.
And that's before you even consider the lack of instances/raids for months when they finally added MC and Onyxia, the lack of PvP content (literally nothing), etc.
I mean don't get me wrong, I love the game despite it's faults; Age of Conan is going to have a much stronger release
...90% of the things you listed in that paragraph aren't bugs. They're issues related to server overload, not faulty coding. Loot lag was a minor graphical bug. It had no actual affect on gameplay except making your character look crouched.
Class imbalance is not a bug. Balance in any video game becomes more and more difficult the more random factors you add in. It's nearly impossible to balance a game when it gets so complicated. However AoC is actually even more unbalanced right now than WoW.
AoC does not have a stronger release either. It's just as bare as WoW was at release in regards to isntances/end game content/PvP. It's way buggier than WoW was too. Not to mention that even though AoC had months and months to give PvP a point, they failed to give it any meaning so it's essentially mindless ganking. Doesn't help that areas are spammed as hell in chat, and it has no addon support which is just flatout stupid and ridiculous.
It just seems like people forget that there was a time before WoW had 10million subscribers and a retardedly huge budget to get the game running perfectly.
All that I want people to realize is that the two games are very, very different. Any mmo is going to have bugs and imbalancing issues right at launch, but that's the beauty of playing a new mmo at the start: You get to see it grow into something great.
And I see this game going MUCH farther than WoW ever could, in terms of gameplay.

You don't make your own combos and you don't decide where to hit. The game tells you where to hit (you hit where they aren't blocking). Player housing is far from revolutionary unless you just crawled out from under a rock. Housing has been in MMOs since Ultima Online.

Hitting the combo follow up sequences gets really old after a while. Especially trying to remember how many times you have to hit each direction for the different combos.
WoW got all high reviews from major publications too.
Funny that this game is basically WoW clone with better graphics and worse animation.
Oh a "Bear Shaman"? Did you mean a Druid? "Feats" instead of talents. etc etc. They basically just copied everything from WoW and gave it realistic graphics.

Hmm, I noticed you didnt use your leg trap at all, that one of the greatest things to run away from a melee class and begin ranging them down even more.
I have a question, does it matter where you hit people in FPS mode to cause more damage? like can you get head shots for maximum damage or cause critical hits? Thanks in advance =)
Ranger is pretty much the same as it was in this video. The root trap works now, so you dont have to sit there tanking someone, you can get some room to run and attack from range. I do notice that I seem to be taking more damage in melee as compared to OB.

Mezz shot works with any directional attack out of stealth. Also, I play a ToS now not a ranger, so I cant provide a combo order for ya ;)

Looks like there are not so many skills (spells, attakcs,..) involved as in wow(sry for comparing). All he does is shoot, does this change on higher level cause its just who does the most damage. No interrupt or something.

Uhm WoW is basicly based on Everquest the first mmo and i cant compare WoW and AoC WoW is 2004 Aoc is 2008 accept it decides all noobs out there bear shaman is not a druid its a mixed Shaman and yes i play both AoC and WoW . But WoW started to suck already when they changed to lvl 70 and now they trying to keep the game popular by raising again with 10 levels . Blizzard are just desperate.

Oh by druid did you mean EQ1 druid or wow druid? WoW wasnt the first, if you want to go back =) Conan was around longggggg before Warcraft. Like warhammer was around long before Warcraft. So was DND... warcraft was based on these games. Warcraft did nothing but put it in a shell that economy computers can run it and even a 12 year old can raid. AOC > WoW

Did WoW borrow ideas from other games? Yes. It took good ideas and put them to use. There's a difference between WoW using some good ideas from previous MMO's, and AoC being a clone.
AoC is a clone of WoW in so many ways I've lost count. I'm playing it so it's not like I'm just making shit up. It's not that they borrowed some ideas, it's that they practically copied the entire game and just gave it better graphics and slightly different PvP.

Wow, you must have never played anything other then WoW. Most MMO's use the same basic concepts... nothing in WoW is unique to WoW. AoC is nothing like woW had you played the game you would realize this. WoW is boring... its about spamming instants and playing the flavor of the month class. And well raids ... my mom has 5 70's and raids in WoW. She by far isn't a very good gamer and she can do that. It shows how trivial epics are.

The main reason that WoW is yet to be beaten is that everybody who plays it is hooked and basically denies any means of trying out another game. If they tried other MMOs or even any other game out, they would say that they can easily compare to WoW.
AoC will be a close runner-up or even take over WoWs top spot.

This is wishful thinking. I'm not attached to WoW nor do I have bias towards them. Blizzard is a juggernaut of a video game company. You can call me a fanboy if you like, but you'd be hard pressed to say that they've actually released a bad game, because they have not.
WoW, whether you like it or not, is a revolutionary game. AoC is a cheap imitation with different PvP. AoC is still in it's starting stages. Lots of bugs and unfinished content. Comparing the two right now is a joke.

WoW didn't have ANY battlegrounds at release, actually... I've played since then and remember when they added BGs and honor, and then Cross-server after that.
WoW at launch was a buggy POS, all mmo's have their problems at launch time.

I played WoW since launch and you're full of it. Buggy PoS? No. It was a bit bare in terms of instances/PvP content but at that point instanced bosses and content was a new concept believe it or not so they actually had to design a system instead of just copying a previous game and tacking on dungeon design.

You apparently don't remember the loot lag, the constant server restarts, the game freezing in major cities because servers couldn't handle the amount of people at launch, the class imbalances, I could go on forever.
And that's before you even consider the lack of instances/raids for months when they finally added MC and Onyxia, the lack of PvP content (literally nothing), etc.
I mean don't get me wrong, I love the game despite it's faults; Age of Conan is going to have a much stronger release

...90% of the things you listed in that paragraph aren't bugs. They're issues related to server overload, not faulty coding. Loot lag was a minor graphical bug. It had no actual affect on gameplay except making your character look crouched.
Class imbalance is not a bug. Balance in any video game becomes more and more difficult the more random factors you add in. It's nearly impossible to balance a game when it gets so complicated. However AoC is actually even more unbalanced right now than WoW.

AoC does not have a stronger release either. It's just as bare as WoW was at release in regards to isntances/end game content/PvP. It's way buggier than WoW was too. Not to mention that even though AoC had months and months to give PvP a point, they failed to give it any meaning so it's essentially mindless ganking. Doesn't help that areas are spammed as hell in chat, and it has no addon support which is just flatout stupid and ridiculous.

It just seems like people forget that there was a time before WoW had 10million subscribers and a retardedly huge budget to get the game running perfectly.
All that I want people to realize is that the two games are very, very different. Any mmo is going to have bugs and imbalancing issues right at launch, but that's the beauty of playing a new mmo at the start: You get to see it grow into something great.
And I see this game going MUCH farther than WoW ever could, in terms of gameplay.

Your statements in this paragraph have no real basis. The two games are NOT very, very different. In fact they are similar in more ways than I can count. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice switch from WoW and it's kinda nice to play a game where everyone and their mom isn't decked out in epics but..
People are giving the game too much credit. You see this game getting farther than WoW ever could? Upon what basis? The game is buggy as shit and all said and done hasn't done anything revolutionary.

You don't make your own combos and you don't decide where to hit. The game tells you where to hit (you hit where they aren't blocking). Player housing is far from revolutionary unless you just crawled out from under a rock. Housing has been in MMOs since Ultima Online.

Hitting the combo follow up sequences gets really old after a while. Especially trying to remember how many times you have to hit each direction for the different combos.

Ranger is pretty much the same as it was in this video. The root trap works now, so you dont have to sit there tanking someone, you can get some room to run and attack from range. I do notice that I seem to be taking more damage in melee as compared to OB.
