boil water with mint n then add few drops of lemon in it.. n then add some cold drink in it like marinda, red bull etc...

now instead of using water in shesha use the abv liquid a i told .. its really awesome...

Well you have to remember it is tobacco, but I wouldn't say it was bad for you. Shisha is tobacco mixed with molasses and fruit flavors, ranging for Grape, Apple, Peach, etc. I wouldn't say it necessarily gets you "high" it makes you very relaxed and kinda loopy, but if you smoke shisha and mary jane together, thats a whole different story lol =D
