Had this phone. I loved it so much. Was doing the dishes. Listening to music. I touched the ok button too see a text. And the phone crashed and burned on me. Bad phone when water is near. And it could only hold 50 text messages I text that much in 30 seconds. So not good on memory

the front screen cracks easily my front screen got cracked on zero gravity and then a bigger crack on zipper at a carnival and i dropped it and it scratches too easily unlike my other fone and the buttons are wayyyy to small but besides that this is a excellent fone and wonderful idea! Genius

well there is a button on the left side of the phone (like if u rotate the phone) and it says HOLD on it and all u have to do is open and close your phone so the outside screen is on, than hold the HOLD button until a lock appears at the top of the outside screen and there you go! i know this cuz i have this phone haha and yes you can send pic and video messages with is

yea u can, Nd 4 the touch buttons there is a lock button on the side so it wont be lighting on Nd stuff its a really good phone i had the 1st version 4 almost 2 years lol

Yes you can send picture messages with it. You don't really need the hole button on the side because the buttons on the front won't do anything if the backlight isn't lit and it doesn't stay lit for very long.

I got this phone and I don't like the ring volumen, it's too low but it can take good pictures. I'm surprised how good the resolution is. I use the alarm clock mode and a couple of times didn't work. But overall is a excellent choice if u r a txt messg maniac.

Hmm.. Did you make sure you chose the correct phone model to send it to? I've never actually had this problem.. So all I can think of is to double check that you chose the right model of phone on the website.. And it also has trouble sending to verizon phones.. and you have to do it a different way with them. Besides that, I'm not sure.. Hope I could help

You can get it from most companies although th is is shown as verison Bell at&t rogers and many more, check your server's online store, if the dont have it, look on graigs list of ebay to see if it has an unlocked version of it, this will allow you just to insert the simm card and enjoy, also online ebay the average is 250 with no contract, great price, great product, online is very cheap, check it out, a used phone in good condition might only be about 190, great way to save but still enjoy!!!!
