You can get them direct from Two Brothers for about $400 USD for the aluminum or $500 for the carbon fiber or titanium. I hear they have some multicoloured fancy titanium version for about $800 now...Too steep and too flashy for me, but it's there if you want it.

Anyway, I got mine on ebay, regular Titanium, for $400. It's the exact same kit for the Versys or the Ninja 650R.

There are six screws in the magnesium tip...you just remove them with the included allen wrench (It's think it's a torx head, I can't remember) and remove the tip...the silencer is just held in place between the tip and the rest of the pipe.
