  • that was rubish...you ghannains jus copied nigerian the original if called puff puff stupid.

  • @kelly2468love you are very stupid. just because u see something in ur country doesn't mean other people are not doing it. see this is my problem with u nigerians. u always seem to think everything circulate around ur little world. last time i check, other africans call this so called puff puff as u called it other names. point of correction, this recipe did not originate from nigeria.

  • THANX FOR THE VIDEO; BUT IT'S A PITTY YOU DID NOT OPEN ONE OF THEM JUST TO LET US SEE THE INSIDE... :-(

  • @bereraffa I'll bear that in mind next time (someone else said the same about my meat pie vid). The bofroat should be brown and crispy on the outside and white & dry on the inside. Thanx for visiting my channel :)

  • Thank you!

  • @BeautifulTree You're more than welcome.

  • can i use all purpose flour? if yes do i add baking powder/ soda or yeast?

  • @rebeccafors I've not tried making it with all purpose/plain flour. But, if you want to use all purpose/plain flour, add 5ml (1tsp) baking powder to every 150g of flour. Ensure that you sift them together several times before using. Enjoy :)

  • so far your recipies are the best-pls do for sugar bread too

  • @rebeccafors Ok. I'll let you know once I've perfected the recipe. Thanx for the great comment!

  • BuFFlOAT

  • how long does it take to 'brown' on a low heat?

  • @chi456100 If the oil is not at the correct temperature, the finished product will absorb so much oil that it'll not taste good. All you'll taste is oil :( . Only lower the heat if when cooking at high temperature and the bofroat starts to burn/gets a dark brown colour very quickly..

  • i miss this so much. i use to get this and hausa koko almost every morning. i liked it best when it was fresh from the cooking pot.(hot). i'll try and make some. thx for this video
