Very well done. What softwares did you use? You did an excellent job on the mouth movements. Don't give up on animation. Each one you do will become easier and faster. Also if you are using the Flash as the editor you know you can save a lot of stuff in a library to be reused. Saves a lot of time in the future. 5 stars.
