Virgin Mobile only activates codes for a 1 time use like for instance changing your number or you can just call them up & make up a bullshit story saying i need to reactivate my phone & you can get a different number but i honestly dont recommend it since you'll have an unactivated number.

You can find the SPC/MSL code by using the Built-in Calculator in CDMA Workshop 3.5. Or try to find a SPC Generator. Use UTStartcom mode to generate the SPC Using the MEID. It works for me. I was able to enable the USB Port and installed the USB Drivers. I wasn't able to flash it.

@sabresfn2661 Same thing happened to me. I guessed all the passcodes up to 1725 before I gave up and wiped it by plugging it into the computer with a USB cable and holding down all the keys while it turned on.
