This particular video made me feel like i would love to create a DK ( i watched this video when it was first poster, aka pre-wotlk ) and it clearly shows that DKs were very OP, which its pretty awesome. this video also shows that Runic Strike used to be Instant Attack :') it also used to be 200% weapon dmg so .. OP :D.. but later on, DKs were nerfed bigtime. so i decided being a Paladin Instead.

very nice, when i tried frost i couldnt get into the play style. when my blood dk what 70 he did a 7.4k crit. havnt been able to get that high since, beacuse the spell was nerfed. but very nice crits

THIS IS OUTDATED GUYS.

This specc doesnt hit that much anymore beacouse frost strike does only do 60% weapon damage now and merciless combat does only do 12% extra dmg instead of 50%. I think there is more extra damage talents but cant remember.

But theese talents got nerfed badly in the real wow and thats really sad for us DK's

Have you tried going frost/unholy? its a really nice comba of "cc" and dmge. You also get the added bonus of Bone Armor and the pet (if you spec it ofc).

ok, what you were looking at was a timer for a spell, some have addons show timers for the cd's on spells to help your rotation and control your dps to not steal agro from a main tank, i am not sure what the addon is but, i am assuming, you were talking about the video, because the mobs dont cast lol.

depends on your spec, ive chosen for casting spec (frost/unholy) wich is fully attackpower based ofc but somehow i wanted to train the same dk over so i remade him... and now on lvl60 (0/25/26 yes i have the ghoul) i do

1.5k "icy touch" and 1.6k "death coil" wich is a nice start, and best of all is i kill mages,hunters,priests,druids and shamans form range. the 25%more attack power effect on your spells is realy godly for this build.

Notice frost dk's got nerfed bigshit twice, frost strike is ONLY 60% weapon dmg now. and after that howling blast became the most powerfull spell now that frost strike was nerfed. i was able to do around 5.3k with howling blast. yet it went from doing triple dmg to double damage with the most recent patch. i can barely crit 4k with anything now.. frost is now like the other dumb specs.

Im still sticking with my Blood spec DK. By the damage your dealing, it takes much longer to take down a mob than a Blood spec does. Sure you can crit high, but all of your regular strikes are looking pretty weak (100's, 400's etc.)
