Reading the description does not give me confidence in the "intelligence" of this video. I mean it says: "the '00s were the worst political decade at least since the 1990s." Bush was a horrible president, but I'll give him this, he isn't a bad guy, at least from what I've seen. He at least loves his country and would never dream of bowing down to a middle eastern prime minister, unlike Obama here, who almost went on his hands and knees to the guy.
