I like Jared Jeffries, but he's the kind of guy who should be getting 10-15 minutes a night, not 30. Even though I'm a Spurs fan and hate to say it, but you guys should look into Marcus Cousin, he was playing in Austin and our summer camp and I was hoping we would call him up, but Utah beat us to it and just let him go after a 10 day. He's a solid big and he's around 6'10-7'.

Regarding big depth, the real problem for NY is bigs cost a lot more on the FA market and they just spent the bulk of their cap on Melo and Amare(who isn't as interested defensively despite the talent). I know they want to make a run at another star soon but I don't know how they do it with the new CBA likely being more restrictive and knowing getting a half decent big is going to cost them. This is a nice way of saying your stuck with JJ for a long time. By the way, say hi to Isiah for me.

Obviously he was on completely different NYK teams. And they chose him over other players available because he knows the very involved D'Antoni system, right? The Knicks release and don't go after better players because of D'Antoni. At least Jeffries won't be buried in his doghouse forever. And with the offense, like Turiaf, Jeffries can score ONLY when his teammates throw him a bone.
