i found a glass bow of ice in a chest near the talking stone

i tried again and again and i get nothing good!

random generated loot lol. If you had saved before opening the chest, and opened it a few times, you'd find different loot each time. It doesn't have the same stuff every time. The only really "guaranteed" way to get an armor might be from an enemy equipping it or from smithing it yourself.

I found the Battleaxe and I couple of other enchanted elven weapons in the evidence chest and on a table in the Dungeon of Solitude. There are a couple of display cases holding the weapons a most of the lockpicks are adept or novice

You have to have your difficulty above adept to get tht stuff. Or he's lying and he just placed it in there

@xXprestige15 No. I found all of those items in that single chest. You need to be at a certain level in order to get these items. Difficulty doesn't matter.

@boatsNbitches I believe new loot spawns in chests after a certain period of time. Try again later, and you might see your luck change :D

your so ucking lucky best thing i got was a steel plated helment wich ucks ballz to me becuse im a archer! its a random chest people so dont get your hopes up to much!
