And for those who think the video editing sux, that's right.
It is because the editor simply didn't put much effort on it.
The video description on Sgamer is "showing the original dota".
Personally, I prefer something like this.
I found vids with random sound effects such as "God-Like", "Triple-Kill", etc, very annoying.
