I think it's a video/song about growing up, getting older and not being so fanatic about ideals or ideas (stop chasing shadows), and learning how to enjoy what you have (just enjoy the ride).
One of the more interesting tracks I've seen or heard.

Morcheba is brilliant, I have been listening to them for years but just heard these new songs recently. Do they write all their lyrics about the change on the horizon ? I have been enjoying the ride for about three weeks and each day gets better, I'm so glad Morcheba confirmed what I was just a tad unsure of but not any longer.
