India is among the poorest country in the world. Their people do not have enough foods to eat yet these brainless Indian scientists are trying to reinvent the wheel which is what US and Russia did four decades ago. Does anyone not know the poverty in India?

India's doing both simultaneously - bring its millions out of poverty and take the battle for resources to the next logical frontier.. fossil fuels are limited and oil is running out - instead of waiting for oil to touch 500$ per barrel - India and China arenot waiting around...

Poverty is STILL put first..but we don't do things one-at a time...
