@Tabemonosama Thats correct, This is based off a anime called gunslinger girl shes not a cyborg but she lost her family "Orphened" People thought the goverment was helping "orphened girls" Instead was training them to be Super loyal butt kicking agents (or somthing like that)

She get very jealous and decided to kill her and him because he cheats on her , in her mind . But she can't support to lost her love , so she killed herself too
