  • For whatever it's worth, in my area of Wisconsin, the Linden Tree is known as the Basswood. Very fast growing tree, flowers smell wonderful -- they make a great hot tea, and a wonderful cold tea as well. In early spring, when the leaves are young and tender, they're very good as a salad green.

  • is Linden the same as chaste tree? I have heard of them interchangably and seen mixed pictues, but i am not certain. I have a chaste tree in my from yard and it has clumped small purple flowers.

After watching this video i think I need a better description of the 2.....

  • oh, i love all the beautiful baskets you use. i'm wondering though- there are some baskets in the video that are taller and narrower and seem like they have a strap for going over the shoulder. i would love to get something like that for when i am walking through the woods and can't carry one of my wide round baskets. do you happen to know what those taller baskets are called? or do you recall where you got them from? thanks for any help you can provide!

  • i'm very pleased to be the first viewer and comment on this wonderful video!
