  • William wallace was a gift from god in the game in Hard difficulty

  • 240p Emerges

  • Almost impossible to defeat him unless you ambush him with more than one army. Also don't try to waste any princess on him since he will just lure her away in all attempts.

  • When Willy showed up on my campaign, I went, AWW YEAH.

  • THEY CAN TAKE OUR FAITH! BUT THEY CAN NEVER TAKE OUR FREEDOM! FREEEEDOOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!!

  • we meet again 240p

  • where can you get this campaign?

  • @TheTrolliosis medieval total war kingdoms

  • What the hell?! I didn't get a video! All I got was a picture saying "William Wallace Emerges" :(

  • THEY MAY TAKE OUR LIFES, BUT THEY NEVER TAKE OUR FREEDOM!

  • Willium wallis died horribly before getting close to defeating england, but he was still able to beat them.

  • his army is beast

  • Everytime I see this during the campaign. I'm just like: "TIME TO KICK SOME ASS"

  • One time right after i got william wallace and his army i sent him on a ship to invade ireland, and england raped my fleet and he died....

  • @Spartan00083 lol

  • How do you get him? will he only appear when you play as Scotland?

  • MEL GIBSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i destroyed scotland before he could emerge XD

  • Ahhh I miss this game. It wouldnt install on my windows 7 computer so i threw the disk away

  • I don't know why you're arguing about the British Empire on a video of William Wallace emerging but if it helps end the argument the British Empire had 530 million people in the 30s and the closest comfirmed statistic is the Qing Dynasty of China's 432 million in 1851. The most important thing to consider here is the relative nature of populations, as populations are almost always growing and the boom of 30s led to the vast population of the British Empire, rather than sheer size of territory.

  • I'm related to him it's so cool

  • @pandapop999 I agree WoW screws people up. The people playong get very angry! Then they go and blame people but luckily I am not a dweeb so I take there insults as words...

  • They may take our lifes. But they never will take our freedom!

  • longschlanks

  • @Hagir011 well it's only correct to do proper accents for the proper people they are representing

  • I love William Wallace xD

And I love movie Brave Heart

  • @Omagu7485

It's a shame then that William Wallace was nothing like Mel Gibson in Braveheart, at all. Mel Gibson prances about with a red wig and a painted face, William Wallace was about 6 foot 4 and had a beard. His sword was as tall as Stalin.

  • FREEDOM

  • this barstard is hard to kill lol

  • @turdpolish704 actually genghis khan had the biggest empire along with Alexander the great enland got nowhere near them. Also the English invaded Scotland and killed and pillaged their people so at the time they were evil :)

  • @101stairbourne actually the english/british nearly ruled a quarter of the know world. Something Genghis Khan nor Alexander did.

  • @IManurasI But the Spaniards still had more than England ever did :)

  • @AngelSilasTV well England never had an empire the British did and Spaniards are only 5th on the list of largest empires.

    1st British Empire, 33.7mil km2

    2nd Mongol Empire, 33.0mil km2

    3rd Russian Empire, 23.7mil km2

    4th Spanish Empire, 20.0mil km2

    5th Qing Empire, China, 14.7mil km2

  • @IManurasI I dont count over sea empries, the greatests are Rome, The Mongols, Byzantium and Persians

  • @CodytheHun123 You mean you refuse to accept the fact the British Empire was the largest of all time you hating piece of shit. :)

  • @InfantryFodder93 I meant land empires,

  • @CodytheHun123 WTF do you think the British empire was? water...? lol

  • @InfantryFodder93 but the ''water'' makes sense man, the british empire had alot of lands yes, but the scale ppl are measuring it is thanks to the sea, and who the fuck lives in the sea?

  • @FightforDeath34 Thank you!

  • @CodytheHun123 Anytime, people just won't use their brains won't they?

  • @InfantryFodder93 I'd say the Persian empire was, at it's height it contained over 40% of the entire worlds population, when the fuck did the BE ever have that many people under it's rule.

  • Comment removed

  • @alucard190 the British Empire was the biggest empire ever, but all the territory that was explored by them (even if no one lives there) was part of their empire. I think they even claimed Antartica ^^.

They only had 1/3(?) of the world population at the beginning of WW2, and that still makes them, with a population of 450 millio,n the Empire with the biggest population. ever.

  • @gubruikertje 1/3 of the world population? so your saying in the 1930's to 1940's there were only about 1.2 billion people in the WORLD? you might wanna rethink that. You are talking about territory i'm talking population 40%!!! of the WORLD'S population not the known world the entire world(your free to look it up). Territory and military wise yes i agree the british empire kicked ass.

  • @alucard190 okay so idk exactaley but thare were around 2.3 billion peoples in the world and the BE had 1/4 of the world population.

    The BE sucks BTW

  • @gubruikertj no the qing dynasty

  • @jaylonsavageinc the Qing empire what? they were half as big as the BE. I think the BE ad like 450 million peoples, so they had more peoples.

  • i dont get braveheart, in no way was scotland a free realm at that time so why did he fight for freedom/scotland? stupid film making William Wallace look like some kind of hero and making the english look evil. Atleast in real life england conquered the whole of the british isles and went on to create the biggest empire EVER

  • @turdpolish704

England never at all conquered the entire British Isles they conquered Wales and Ireland but Scotland is a totally different story, They are one country due to the Union of the crowns when the scottish king inherited the English throne and the Black watch ( a scottish regiment) was one of the most used for colonising The America's .

  • @turdpolish704 Im sorry but please read up on it.

Scotland was an independent kingdom and when Alexander III died , leaving no heir , Edward used that period of Scottish weakness to claim Overlordship which he did not rightly have.

Scotland was always an independent kingdom.....

  • @colotron true but its not free now anyways, although people like to think it is..

  • @turdpolish704 Have a word with yourself.

  • @colotron he didn't exactly claim overlordship, he was asked by the guardians to help pick the knew king because he was an expert in law, either robert bruce, john balliol or someone else(cant remember the name atm) and for him to help them chose's he told the heirs to state that they saw edward as overlord of scotland which they all did

  • @turdpolish704 Rubbish, England NEVER conquered Scotland. If you read up on British history you would know that the crowns of Scotland and England were united under the Scottish king James VI.

That's why it was called the British Empire, not the English.

And Scotland was an independent nation. Edward of England tried to claim overlordship after Alexander III died and the only heir succumbed to illness.

  • @turdpolish704 bravehart is retarded and horribly historicly inacurate, wallace was an outlaw and was only made a hero because of blind harrys poem written150years after his death, robert the brucee is the real hero. they make the english look evil because edward was a greedy bastard. and scotland was a free realm at the time and was noticed by the pope as a seperate country. u need to read up on ur history before you make retarded comments

  • @ScotlandMaleGlasgow

Thank you, a history leason for everybody.

  • SHIT JUST GOT REAL!

  • FUCK YEAR BRAVEHEART

  • go on mel gibson !

  • I just sent King Edward and his crusader army against Wallace. I defeated him in one battle. XD

  • @largesatsuma lol well william wallace only won one battle against the english, the second battle resulted in William failing horribly, why anybody sees him as a hero i dont know

  • if i am Scotland i can use him?that would be cool

  • LOL,

is funny how i assassianted William Wallace b4 he can battle my soldiers lol

  • @MrAsianRocks hahaha, nice when i was playing england i had to send my big army to defeat that bastard, and the cost of sending my army was loosing a town to the welsh.

  • @FightforDeath34 he is one tough bastard to fight if your fighting him head on army agiants army, its good to have trained 1 assassin and 1 spy from the start of the game cause by the time you need them, they will have enough skills to rape!

  • @MrAsianRocks I am currently killing of every faction leader and heir of the Danes in the Teutonic campaign with 2 maxed out assasins xD

  • This video made me get out M2TW again, which since getting E:TW and Crysis i haven't touched for months :)

  • when does he come out? (in the game)

  • @alih15

He actually appears ingame after a certain number of years, but I forgot. It's been a long time since I've played that campaign.

  • @LuciusJuliusScipio he comes around 1270-1300

  • @LuciusJuliusScipio when i play against scotland i take them out before he emerges

  • @LuciusJuliusScipio ive played over 200 turns and i havnt seen or got him yet is it cause i was not at war with the english?

  • @loudpreditor William Wallace emerges at the Britannia Campaign, you can play this campaign by installing the Kingdoms expansion pack!

Then, he emerges some few turns later!

PS - He does not emerge in the Medieval II total war!

    Sorry for the bad english!

  • @alih15 turn 18 onwards// unless you hold 20+ regions

  • @alih15 hes not gay lol

  • FREEDOM!!!!!!

  • @ScotlandMaleGlasgow dont forget about wales.

  • This is William Wallace my christian friend he can help you to defeat England. You must trust in your heart my christian friend and become the Warrior of Scotland. You must join William Wallace and unite Scotland's clans.

  • do you need medieval 2 to play the kingdoms or can I just buy kingdoms and play?

  • what Turn level does he join?

  • sometime near the start. I got him about 20 turns in I think, btw its only in the britania campaign

  • is this a mod?

  • Medieval II total war KIngdoms

  • its an expansion

  • The Welsh r the best

  • does william wallace cum on medieval 2 total war

  • No he does not

  • .....

  • no i dont remember william wallace spilling his semen over a medieval 2 total war cd.

  • man i need to get this game:P

  • yuck communist

  • Yep:P

  • when does the irish guy brian O'connor come ive been playin as the irish and englands almost been defeated

  • he's your starting king he was when I played english anyways

  • can u get this on just Normal midevial 2 total war?

  • no, but you can get it if you buy the gold edition

  • :( that stinks

  • no its pretty cheap, like 30 dollars at game stop and you get medieval2 and all the 4 kingdoms games plus if you go on the tw website, you can download mods

  • true but I already have Medieval2 so it will cost like 20$ extra :(

  • ouch, but if you really want too... 13 all-new fractions, 110 new units, 27 multiplayer maps, and 50 building types plus over 70 hours of additional gameplay... right off the box cover lol.besides you could always give the medieval 2 disc and the activation code as a gift

  • thats what im thinking of doing :)

  • I forgot to add, do you know the requirments for having William wallace appear?

  • there are none. Just wait a few turns. I played irish, norwegian, and scottish, and he always comes after like 17 turns. its actually random, but he comes before gunpowder is discovered, which should be turn 30.

  • nice :)....how far has he gotten in your campain im jw?

  • killed him. :) When I did noway I was at constant war with scotland, and when he came out, all of my forces was like in south scotland so I was like ****. For ireland it was easy. Took ireland from england, invade scotland south to north. but mainly if left alone, hes going to probally like a normal worthless general. Win some battles capture some settlements, govern the rest of his live. but he is useful when he comes out. personally I strip him of use troops and give ti to my prince to train

  • him. but if its like a large number of troops; and important battle I'd use him

  • lol, nice. I cant wait to get this game.

  • when does the irish hero emerge? ive been playin as them for a while and england is about to be defeated

  • there is no need to buy the gold ediiton. Just buy kingdoms seperately.

  • thats what I did :)

  • ach damn, I allready had MTW2 but just bught the gold edition today.. much cheater

  • what turn is that?!

  • 5 to 10 turnes, it's pretty earlly in the game

  • when does this happen?

  • Scotland is awesome its hard to play. Economic sucks Norway,England attacks and even fuckin Ireland

  • whoever wrote the game done it wrong for Ireland they never left their country and the accents are Scottish instead of Irish

  • @Xtra15

If you think the Scottish accents are bad, you should hear the fucking Welsh accents. They didn't even bother to change it from the English. I swear my general shouted something along the lines of "For Saint George".

  • its funny how every1s talkin about WoW and i thought this was about William Wallace and Scotland. anyway always a pleasure 2 meet a fellow Braveheart fan but u omitted 1 detail-Wallace came from noble roots; only the cinematic version was poor. other than that, gr8 job!!

  • on what turn does wallace emerge? cause holl shit evan on hd i cant see much

  • empire total war pumps this game rotten

  • Whoa are you sure about that? Other then the terrible diplomacy, lack of units, TERRIBLE AI, shitbox tactics, historically INACCURATE, unrealistic gameplay/weapons/SOME unit types and all around boredom because its so repetitive, id say you're wrong :)

  • I killed Wallace at my 2nd Battle against him (8th turn i think). I hit him with a Ballista.

  • "So much.. for the glory, of Scotland.."

    ;-)

  • there isn't a game out there that rivals the addictiveness of MTW2, i've finished it about 5 times on hard wasted entire days and weeks and now i'm going to start playing all the mods and making cinematics, and if i discover how to play it multiplayer i'll never stop... i need help

  • i recommend thinking of a dead naked old granny the thought of this will make you want to lie down and empty your mind and stop you from playing

  • yeah, but that will make me want to start playing Mung again, when you and ur friend flip a coin to see who puts their mouth on one of the dead body''s 3 holes, the other friend then jumps on the body... Good times

  • WTF?

  • try it man, you'll never want to play anything else once you've tried mung.

  • WoW is a piece of shit. It's if you want to ruin your life.

  • I know, well first i didn't but then i got addicted etc... but I'm out of it :)

    I feel good too

  • I never did like wow, i played it for a couple of days and it got old. M2TW on the other hand is epic and immortal. WOW sucks

  • Well afcourse M2TW is way better :) I like it more then WoW because it's kinda historical

  • WoW is for nerds who are desperate to play an overpirced piece of shit. Fucking loser get a job

  • what turn does he appear?

  • turn 25

  • thanks!

  • can I delay it somehow? Like...he appears after 45 turns?

  • no, why?

  • Medieval 2 & kingdoms rule among medieval games

  • wow come si fa a scaricare?

  • This is how rankings go. In medieval. Infantry > Spearmen. Spearmen>Calvary. Calvary>Infantry & Missile. Missile is vulnerable to any combat besides being out of range and out of hand to hand combat.

  • It gets more specific in terms of light or heavy, and knowing the specifics of a unique unit.

  • Does he disappear in early 1300, when he historically was executed?

  • I would imagine not, as the point of these kinds of games is kind of to rewrite history.

  • 1305

  • It's not the type of units that wins the battle. It's how you use them. Sure some may help, some may hinder, but a good general can make a victory aout of most harsh and unfair situations.

  • i have 4 hvy cav, 6 spear, 4 hvy infrntry, 4 archeres, and 2 light/ranged cavalry. Perfect for killing the milanese bastards...

  • Does William Wallace emerge if I play Scotland in Grand Campaign of Medieval II Kingdoms?

  • There is no Grand Campaign in Kingdoms, only the four small campaigns: Crusades, Teutonic, Britannia and Americas.

So naturally, William Wallace only emerges in the Britannia Campaign.

  • Mel Gibson is that u?

  • I guess i killed the English to fast or something? This never happened to me when i played Scotland

  • If you have the Britannia expansion, he emerges when you play Scotland or not.

  • You have to wait until a specific turn and the english attack you and if you beat them you get a general called william wallace so aye you killed them too fast.

  • when does wallace emerge and does it matter what faction u are?

  • Scotland is the faction Wallace emerges for.

Oh, and I'm the same guy as ArtoriusMaximus777.

I rarely use the LuciusJuliusScipio account anymore. If you want, check out some of my other videos on the ArtoriusMaximus777 channel. :)

    -ArtoriusMaximus777

  • "freedom in his hart and a sword in his hand"

and here is what I call a nearly perfent army:

    10 H. Infantry

    2 H. Cavalry (1 is the general)

    3 Archers

    2. L.I. Spearmen

    2 Long range artilery

    1 Short range artilery

Open for replies. I want to see what others use.

  • I mostly use this setup:

    1 General's Unit

    8 Cavalry Units

    4 Archer/Crossbow Units

    5 Heavy Infantry Units

    2 Light Infantry/Spearmen Units

  • I always look at my enemy and what typ of soldiers it uses and what typ of terrain the battlefield mostly is and then i modify my troops to that, Like i mostly use cavalry when fighting egypt and mostly use Heavy archers when fighting Venice

  • I just send a couple of troops here and there and hope for the best lol

  • you will laugh at my build but i kinda put my trust in charges in Gods name therefore my build is purley heavy cavelry of the knights orders if i can get it.

  • Just to let you all know, I'm the same person as LuciusJuliusScipio, I made a new account a long time ago.

  • Retinue longbows are the best the English can get- they beat the yeoman archers easily (they don't even get mounted longbows- only the French do).

  • Sherwood archers are just fodder for longer ranged archer troops. The retinue longbowmen are a lot better. You only get 30 in one platoon meaning they can only fire thirty arrows at a time.

  • They have 2 hp and way better stats. Don't you read the unit cards?

    And besides, they look cooler.

  • Ehem, only 30 in a platoon- 1 cavalry charge could take them out.

Also, unit cards mean nothing, Saethwyr have worse stats than Retinues, yet they beat them easily.

  • (These are the retinue longbowmen I'm talking about in comparison to Saethwyr and Scots Guard).

  • I don't remember exactly what he has, but it's a full army. And I think he doesn't have stellar stats when you get him but he grows into a beast when you keep winning battles, and you should with him. If you don't then I dunno. But yea, his children are pretty awesome too. He only had one kid for me but hes currently tearing through Welsh country at the moment.

  • William Wallace is a bamf dude. Norway was invading then he emerged, I totally tore Norway up with him. He's my hero, in game and in real life. lol

  • Is his army any good? What's his bodyguard unit like?

  • i always destroy englend before they get good calvary.

  • That's sick, they give Scotland and England cool cutscenes in the events :P. How come Norway and Wales dont get cutscenes in their events! Ireland dont even get an event!

  • They give Scotland the cutscene for William Wallace because he was pretty much their main hero, their might have been heroes for Wales and Ireland but I don't think a lot of people have heard of them more than William Wallace. Braveheart! lol
