I've been arting for over half my life, and I've done some degrading jobs. One was a Spider-Man mural in a kid's room, that I knew would get painted over when he got older. Another was a Chicago skyline in a business owner's office, that I know for a fact got painted over when the management changed, because somebody told me. I've done a couple guitars, but at least I know they were appreciated. If I'd been the artist that worked on Busche's guitar, and he broke it for a gag, I'd've beaten him.

Sorry, but he did indeed buy his way out of a Rape Trial. Just to be sure I wasn't being brain dead on this, I checked in with a lawyer friend of mine who has done both Defense and Prosecution work and he confirmed for me that Kobe did indeed buy his way out this -- and only someone with the kind of money he has could have. Anyone else would have gone to trial and fought to prove their innocence. If she was really lying, what does it say about him as a person that he paid her off?

There's one thing I forgot to mention because of the You Tube space.

During the pre-trail, there was a second sperm(that wasn't Kobe)founded on the victim's underwear in which the prosecution was trying to hide(if I'm not mistakened) which led to another young man had sex with her after the alleged rape the same night. Again if this was brought out during the trail, it would had been embarassing. The only thing Kobe did was being unfaitful to his wife.
