I am confused, how can Lara say that her ideas on Afghanistan are not infleunced by what the US military shows her when the US military never shows her the atrocities of the US military? For example, did the US military take her to met the the surviving members of families that were murdered by US assassination teams?

Where there is war, there are children there as well, and they are suffering.
I'm sick of the troops being glorified in the media ONLY so Bushy can hide the war behind patriotism, yet we treat our troops like GARBAGE when they return.

why are people criticzing this...the interview shows that there are problems w/reconstruction in Afaghan...it has nothing to do with american soldier but more to do w/private companies who doesn't take shit in their jobs. i'm glad there are reporters like Logan to break stories that no one else have the courage to do so.

More propaganda from the "main stream" media. Afghanistan was SO much better under the Taliban and Soviets. My son is in Afghanistan working on these projects and these people LOVE the US and are deeply appreciative of the efforts at rebuilding. See for yourself

The work is done. so can't the hospital rig something up to cover it? the contractor might have left it but the hospital does not have to keep it that way
