I'm not sure if I saw this when I was young. It reminds me of a similarly themed song: "People in Your Neighborhood". We need more versions of it up here. Especially the ones from the first ten years. We've got only one so far. I'd like to see at least two more.
I'd like to make a sandwich, and as we already said, don't yell and shout, just go set out some bologna, and cheese, and pickle, and coleslaw, and mustard, and tomatoes, and onions, and relish, and radishes, and lettuce, and watercress--"
The Blue guy is Richard Hunt (Scooter on The Muppet Show, Forgetful Jones on Sesame Street plus more on both), the girl's voice is Louise Gold (Annie Sue Pig On TMS, Ethel Mermaid on SS) and Jerry Nelson as the other guy (Floyd on TMS, Herry Monster on SS). These aren't all of the Muppets or shows that they performed or worked in, they're just for reference. Hope this helps.

Richard Hunt was also in 'Trading Places' with Eddie Murphy as 'Wilson' the Broker.

Those kids should have planned to listen to Grover's problem before jumping to conclusions. Poor grover.

No matter which song it is, Danny Epstein's drumming is always astounding! Peace.

I don't think Louise was on the show at this point. I think that COULD be Marilyn Sokol, though I'm a tad bit rusty with female voices.

This is one of those album songs, eh? (I got the same impression of a thrown-together Muppet sketch when I first saw this on TV.) Three stars...

It's not from an album, but it very well could be (just like "Do What I Do" with Ernie and the snake).
