This video is incorrect on so many levels I do not even know if it is worth commenting on. One thing I want to say is that... OF COURSE there was a concept of a single, unique, deity in the Arab world. Arabs WERE in fact the descendents of Abraham. Though, they started incorporating idols. They thought of Allah as something distant and assumed that idols were a way to reach the distant Allah. This only increases my faith, that Allah is worshiped before Muhammad; that's what the Quran says also!

Mecca is not mentionned by name in the Quran. It's more likely that Jerusalem was what the text dealt with. Just as "Medina" ("the city") might have in fact been Petra, rather than the city presently known as Medina.

Well that is not your fault. your culture has made u like this. christians think that christianity has christianised the Pagan Europe, however, the fact is that Christianity has been paganised by the ancient Roman force. read or see vids on the crusades and inquisitions how the church had been involved in dealing with the Non Christians and the Christians who had belief systems dirfferent from them.

VERY serious contradiction in Quran, say "There is No God save Allah" (Surah 3:62 & Surah 38:65) and yet Allah says there are "Al-Lat, Al-'Uzza and Manat" - the 3 Goddesses of the Mecaans (Surah 53:19-21 also known as the Satanic verses)
God has revealed that fresh spring will never produce bitter water at the same time. As God says "you shall have no other gods before me" Exodus 20:3, He will not utter the name of other pagan gods. This proves that Allah is not the Absolute One.

@positron66 : There is no absolute God. Plurals abound in Quran and Bible and my interpretation is that originally 'god/allah' were introduced to overshadow all the others. Bye the way 'allah akbar' god is the greatest....the obvious question is to aks, why not saying there is only one god, or god is unique. But no, it 'god is the greatest'. Where are the 'minor' gods? Are they really lesser gods ? Does that explain the jealousy of the semitic gods ?

I could tell the Qu-ran was a lie by reading it for myself, albeit in English, but it contains many self-contradictions. You can call them abrogations all day long, but GOD does not change, nor deceive, with HIS Word. The Bible has been poorly translated too, but has few conflicts in fact.

Good point, that's why it is our job to keep seeking out the Truth. The translation I'm studying out of currently is word for word from the Hebrew to English, but it still requires diligence and study and cross-reference, and most important: the inspiration of the Spirit.

Quran Surah 7:54 Allah created the heavens and the earth in 6 DAYS, then mounted He the Throne. Similar verses at Surah 10:3 & Surah 11:7. Surah 32:4 says Allah took 6 days to create heavens and earth and all that is between them. Surah 32:5 says 1 divine day = 1,000 earthly years. So 6 days is only 6,000 earthly years. As the earth existed 6000 years old since the Quran was written but scientists say the earth is billions of years old. So Quran is wrong based on scientific evidence.

According to the Qur'an, the Kaaba was built by Ibrahim (Abraham) and his son Ismail (Ishmael).
Since Islam (Allah)with monotheism concept was introduced by Mohamed, so there's no Allah when Ibrahim built Kaaba, only Hubal (Arabia moon god).
So Ibrahim built Kaaba for worshiped Hubal.
If Ibrahim's god was pagan in Kaaba,
why muslim today are still worshiping Kaaba?
