  • Find a agricultural place or a feed store or a farm, they'll just give you old-ass tires that they can't use anymore. They have to pay to get them shipped off to the junkyard, giving them away saves them money and asspain.

    Hells yeah for backyard gyms! I'm making my own kettlebells, a whole set of 44" super swampers, ropes hanging off my tree for pushups and any other dangly-type workouts, and I made 2 10' x 4" slosh tubes.

  • one week at the gym with the best equipment would cost me about thirty pounds ($50-ish) a week, yet just a hundred pounds can buy me a set of weights, a bench, a mat and a pull-up bar which would last me a lot longer than a month. sure at a gym you can get a proffesional trainer to tell you where you're going wrong and how to improve but most of the time it would cost you double the entrance fee to have one-on-one help, the best way to go is looking at videos like this and training at home.

    and the junglegym2 can do anything a perfect pushup can do and more

  • You really are an inspiration. Just got myself a Thaiboxing bag and two kettlebells. Got a park nearby as well. I will start using your program, because it seems natural and with "normal movement" (in the gym sometimes, the excercises seem unatural to the body). I hope you understand what I mean, my english isn't all that great, I'm afraid. Keep up the good work!

  • I have just seen your training video, and I am really impressed. I have started training again after a year of not, after health and personel problems stopped me. Before I used to do alot of boxing and go gym but the prices got to high, now I have my own punch bag and am going to start doing your program.
