There's no way that we are alone in this nuiverse because there's so many stars out there with planets revolving around them that resemble our earth. We have to put more effort toward our technology and stop the wars that we are having here on earth. The best thing would be for us humans to start colonize other planets like mars for now, and eventualy other ones.
