It's his grandfather (found on the COD Wiki). Every Infinity Ward game has had a Captain Price in it until today. It couldn't be his father anyway : this game takes place around 1941/1942 so 2011 - 1941 = 70. Both WWII and MW Cpt. Price are around 45 years old in their respective games so the MW one couldn't be the WWII one's son since the latter would have had a child when he was about 70 years old. Thus he has to be the grandfather.
