There is this one votive candle holder I made one time. It was made out of terra cotta colored clay. It represents the London Stonehenge; which was one of the places where ancient/even pagans today worship at. And that is what the votive holder reminds of. I wish to later paint it a rocky grey with the base being a grassy green to give a more feeling to it.

Very beautiful sentiment in this video. I do enjoy lighting a candle and simply contemplating the mysteries and wonders of my God. I also often use a prayer book when I want to do this kind of contemplation. Great video!
Just a random info thing... I've found in my experience that most "tea light" candles burn for about 2 hours each (which seems about right for me) but the "full size" votive candles I've found usually last 6+ so If you're like me and don't want to keep an eye on your candles all night, go with the smaller "tea light" candles.
@Lurch579 Never timed them before but that sounds about right. I agree. Unless you are doing this somewhere that fire is not a hazzard. Like maybe your personal Stonehenge. Smaller is better.
