I can see the one red wine at night for the heart benifits but I would never drink a couple shots a day of scotch...

I agree with 305Wasabi. I think you should definitely do the chocolate reviews and start with some cheese reviews. I would love to know some more about different cheeses even if they are some simple and more common cheeses as opposed to high quality aged cheeses. Keep up with the great videos and new hobbies.

A small story: In 2009 I was in Italy with a good friend (he is from Ohio actually but is Dutch in origin like me). We were in small Italian town and after a great stone oven pizza we were craving a shot of whisky. In some back street we found a small grappa bar. Grappa is a famous Italian spirit made of grapes and sometimes additions of herbs.

I drank a "super market brand" grappa and it was horendous. We drank a shitty J&B shot and had a conversation with the owner about grappa. I explained I had a horrible experience with it and I insulted his Italian ego :-). He insisted we tried one of his "true" grappas. He also insisted before we cleared our pellets with some chocolate. He presented a very pure, dark chocolate which we ate. Then a sip of his grappa...simply heaven. Such a great taste it challenges moderation ;-)

I find myself uninterested in most reviewers political or religious views. I like to get sense of who the people are and what their life is like but am bewildered and bored when a competent gear-reviewer starts a pseudo-philosophical rant. I was amused to see you showing Ritter-Sport as rare and gourmet chocolate. Here in Switzerland it's sold in any supermarket. The real "custom" stuff comes from a local confectioner. Btw "for dummies" books are great but the alcohol/health info is out of date.

In my opinion British chocolate has its very own style and is any bit as good as the swiss stuff which btw was made world famous by the Brits who cames to Switzerland as tourists. The Alipne Milk Chocolate is honestly the best chocolate I have ever eaten. The worst? Hersheys. I also enjoy dark chocolate more than milk chocolate. Obviously, I would watch chocolate reviews. Although personally I think if you did chocolate reviews, try to keep them shorter than things like knife reviews (like 15 minutes or less)

Definately go for it! As a Belgian myself, I appreciate a good piece of good chocolate.

As you mention, there are many different types, and they all taste different.

Also, when tasting try different ways to taste it. Melt in on your tounge, melt in under the tongue, chew it really fast, tasting quickly, and swallowing it without it melting, it tastes sharper. Chew it really slow, rolling it over your tounge, and tasting the different aromas on different parts of your tounge.
