  • Traveling nowhere and everywhere

  • perfectly played!

  • Are you sure this is the Klara Kormendi? The version I have is only 2.25 and is faster.

I am not sure which version I enjoy more, I like the starting speed of this but would prefer a slightly faster slow section speed and I think the rallentando is a bit too harsh at the end of the first section.

  • Amazing. So good. This and number 4...wow.

  • @robdp2002 number 2 is great too

  • this is beautiful... my favourite nocturne i think.

  • i like the way ronan o'hara played this piece a little more than this. but this is very nice

  • I think Aldo Ciccolini's interpretation of the Nocturnes is way better...

  • no, i think that this nocturne interpretation is better. aldo ciccolini's one is too "fast" and excited, this one is more quiet. i prefer this one.

  • @ponchsanta Agree on the Ciccolini interpretation. I like some of Ciccolini's intepretations but where he falls off with me is with 'Le Fils des Etoiles', one of my most favorite works by Erik Satie. It was played way too fast and rather harshly, giving it this really ugly tone. That's the only one by Ciccolini I really dislike; otherwise, I don't mind him at all. :)

  • Klara Kormendi is great. Get the complete set if you can.

  • I have this same CD! Good stuff!

  • i don't have the cd, i took the images on the net... I'm looking for his complete collection... Maybe for Christmas!
