FF9 was pretty good, very good graphics for a ps1 game. FFX was better imo, but its ps2 and thats the first one i played =)

DF is pretty good, great with a guitar, but they do get very repetitive, and their songs take commitment to listen to, cos theyre all over 5 minutes, which i find can get stale.

IM NOT A DF HATER, IM JUST POINTING OUT WHAT I PERSONALLY DISLIKE ABT DF. I STILL THINK THEYRE GREAT

If you want a FF game with a better story and gameplay, I suggest you get ff9, ff10, or ff10(x-2)

If you just want 1 that takes a really long time to complete (With semi-good graphics and gameplay), I suggest ff8, ff1, ff2, etc.
