@frederikmarciniak its just a 2x1 space, with the clothes rail inside, with one part of the wall missing and the other part with a window in it, i doubt the sims can use it though.

Curtis's lots lack attention to detail; for instance, some of his objects lack create-a-style, and most of his walls are either the blue with wooden wainscot or just white. Thus, Chrill always incorporates original, interesting ideas or designs into his houses and landscaping whereas some of Curtis's houses are attractive boxes with rectangular rooms. Both are fantastic designers, but I think Chrill beats Curtis in most aspects; if not all. Just my opinion.

@Trexeleus The way you download houses. If you want to download this paticular house right uder the video theres the desciption box click on the button that says Show More. Then click on the link under download house. If you have the expantion packs, store conent etc. click on the big green button. If you go to The Curtis Paradis show he has a video on the rest. He'll show you.

@xxxchuchu16xxx It doesn't show prices if you build it all in build mode and then just buy the house later with your sims. BUT that being said, the reason you don't see prices or anything is because ChrillSims3 makes his videos using a series of screen shots. Hard to explain but if you play properly you will need to pay for the stuff. (He plays on PC) If you need more money just search sims3 cheats and it'll come up with all the mods chrill uses for building and getting money :) hope I helped.

@Mathieu0017, The stairs come from the Sims 3 Generations, and the closets are just one wall with a floor hight window, and a clothes rack from decorations (Miscellaneous)
