  • I'm about the same size you started doing p90x. I'm 5'2" and 130 lbs. I'm in my 14th day and trying to keep up with the meal plan, but it's really difficult!! did you drink any whey protein or protein bar? P90xs are way too expensive for me. Great job!!!!

  • @pkcakes i didn't follow the meal plan but i changed my eating habits and started eating 6x a day (smaller portions). i didn't start drinking whey protein until i finished my 90th day. you should be fine with or w/o the whey protein or protein bar. keep it up! i can't wait to see your results :)

  • Great Video, You look amazing! Just started P90X this morning and can only do half a pull-up w/o chair assistance. How long did it take you before you could do them w/o assistance?

  • @AMullis003 i was able to do 2 or 3 around my 80th day. I didn't really have upper body strength when i started

  • Very nice! I"m thinking about buy P90X. I'm doing Barry's Bootcamp at the moment and been liking it so far. However, I also would like to have something different. I started at the same weight as you and trying to reach the same goal!

  • @MAC2PERFECTiON: i was doing classic for awhile then started to do doubles...double the workout :)

  • @MAC2PERFECTiON Doubles is where you add in a cardio workout at a different part of the day.

    Doubles is two workouts a day, usually one of the weight routines with cardio later in the day. You wouldn't do shoulders and back, for example, with chest. But you could do shoulders and back with cardio or plyo later. This isn't for people short on time! You have to be careful with how you do this and make sure you have enough recover time or you can burn out and do too much damage to your muscles before your body can repair.
