@Sisak2011 I have to agree with you on that one, I remember a buddy of mine saying that the developers did a hell of a job on BF2/Frostbite engine. I could run BF2 on my old comp without a hitch, now if I tried some of the other games like COD4 or MW2, I could have more fun flipping a flick book.

I played it 4 years ago. My PC could barely run it, now I have new PC I bought it again and I'm gonna play it again ! I don't like Bad Compagny, it's even less realistic than Battlefield 2. (the way choppers handle is terrible)

@oqsig99 I'm afraid since you refuse to keep an open mind BF2 will remain your favorite FPS. If they kept developing the same game with new graphics, well, it WOULD (no matter have big of a fanboy you are) get boring. BFBC2 and 2142 are certainly different, and that's how they should be. But despite this, when you play them, you still know you're playing a BF game. BF3 will inevitably be different from BF2. Sorry. But it'll still be a BF game.
@oqsig99 Bad Company its not Battlefield its two different series. 2142 where just and expanded version of Battlefield 2. Bad Company its a experimental serie that are made for console gamers. Battlefield is mainly made for PC gamers and are less limited. Battlefield 3 would be the first Battlefield game on console.
@oqsig99 2142 wasnt dissapointment, it was even better than BF2, because had better teamwork tools, like squad field unlocks etc. Titan mode was epic.

@kingman4889 Part of the downfalls of bfbc and bfbc2 from my view is that it was a console series with bfbc2 being adapted later on for pc. The multiplayer part of bfbc2 is the only reason that I went ahead and bought it, but only because I knew of a couple of people that were playing it.
@oqsig99 I couldn't agree more, only is that bf 2142 was actually very good, but it's futuristic crap made it much worse than BF2. And to be honest, I think BF3 isn't better than this and my biggest concern is that most of the BF2 players will go play BF3.

@FmMan33 i would say that the opposite is true, in my opinion at least. bad company 1 was terrible, but i didn't care much for 2142. it was cool, but the nostalgia factor made it borderline terrible. there just wasn't any reason to come back to it after you'd given it a fair go. it wasn't built to last is what i guess i'm trying to say. on the contrary i actually enjoyed bad company 2 a lot. it felt like a fresh experience that wasn't too much like call of bull shit.
@Couchpotato9110 2142 was the best bf. It had the best squads, rewards and unlock systems, and overall the most "evolved" BF.
While a lot of people didn't like 2142 it was not at all bad. If you made BF2142 but in BF2's setting tons of people would have hailed it as the best one.
Funny that despite the numerous shots against the fleeing motorboat, they still managed to escape at the end of the videoclip. "lol" good game, I still play it today.

@oqsig99 Bad Company its not Battlefield its two different series. 2142 where just and expanded version of Battlefield 2. Bad Company its a experimental serie that are made for console gamers. Battlefield is mainly made for PC gamers and are less limited. Battlefield 3 would be the first Battlefield game on console.

@oqsig99 2142 wasnt dissapointment, it was even better than BF2, because had better teamwork tools, like squad field unlocks etc. Titan mode was epic.

@oqsig99 bfbc2 and bfbc were like jokes for the dice staff when they made those games it was a real development like they were making a game but they knew that the story was just ridiculous. They thought it was pretty funny but the multiplayer was reallyy fun. Besides the dice staff was busy making frostbite 2.0 and battlefleid bad company 2 vietnam to do dlc and stuff and working on battlefield 3

@kingman4889 Part of the downfalls of bfbc and bfbc2 from my view is that it was a console series with bfbc2 being adapted later on for pc. The multiplayer part of bfbc2 is the only reason that I went ahead and bought it, but only because I knew of a couple of people that were playing it.

@oqsig99 I couldn't agree more, only is that bf 2142 was actually very good, but it's futuristic crap made it much worse than BF2. And to be honest, I think BF3 isn't better than this and my biggest concern is that most of the BF2 players will go play BF3.

@FmMan33 i would say that the opposite is true, in my opinion at least. bad company 1 was terrible, but i didn't care much for 2142. it was cool, but the nostalgia factor made it borderline terrible. there just wasn't any reason to come back to it after you'd given it a fair go. it wasn't built to last is what i guess i'm trying to say. on the contrary i actually enjoyed bad company 2 a lot. it felt like a fresh experience that wasn't too much like call of bull shit.

While a lot of people didn't like 2142 it was not at all bad. If you made BF2142 but in BF2's setting tons of people would have hailed it as the best one.

PLEASE HELP ME! i installed BF2 on my windows vista, i asked people if it would work on vista, they said it did, but after installing i click Play BF2 and it goes to a black screen but them comes back to my desktop...WTF IS GOING ON?!?!

The blackhawk doesn't have rockets. The Apache and other attack choppers do. Blackhawk has two miniguns.
