  • HOLY CRAP! Greatest thing I have ever heard in my life. Everything else is BS!

  • I couldn't hear any bass drum except the "chorus" part, I hope that's a recording mistake of this video

  • nah. most metal drummers use triggers which allow them to barely hit the drumhead for speed but get that perfect sound.

  • well.... that should be one of the difference between acoustic and electronic drums

  • that beat sounds so familiar like alice in chains or something

  • thats definatly steve

  • the drummix on the album sounds freaking killer b.t.w. Awesome job, LOVE the sound, extremely kickass

  • I agree, his feet are very high on the board and the rebound is very small. Dunno why he does that, it's prolly his preference, but the 'sweet spot' (most efficient place for your foot on the board) is definately lower for heels up.

Either way, Steve Asheim kicks but!

  • his foot is way too high up on the pedal board. The beater distance is non-existant...tapping.

but would sound sick w/ trigger though!

  • anyone notice that his left foot comes way off his pedal?

  • This guy plays too light for metal....! GTFO!

  • you're pretty retarded..

  • Love his drumming in Deicide, so like most I cannot wait for his new to stuff to come would have been better with some backing track on it. So we could hear what the rest of the song sounds like. But it's still good however.

  • Awesome. This is freaking amazing. Can't wait for the new album. Steve Asheim rules. Hail Order Of Ennead and Deicide.

  • Cool but really soft hits in the drumbass almost unheareable...

  • Hell Yeah!

    Get it Old Man!!!

  • the sound of his china gets on my nerves.

  • awesome shit

you can barely hear his bass drums

    even in raw footage

  • @AndreasLiveForMusic probably triggers

  • lol, he's wearing a headband :p

    great drumming though!

  • The headband helps keep the cans on his ears... LOL
