  • @liamfahy1 At the end he actually says, "That's about all I can do".

  • Do you know if this song perhaps has a name? I totally love it! I played this at the funeral of (don't laught) my dog...

  • @PrinceCharming25 It's the main melody of "Business" from the same album, in piano form... unofficially called "Being On My Own".

  • Happy Birthday, Brian (7/19)!

  • The moment I heard " All Dead" from News Of The World the song never left my heart.

  • This gentle piano-based piece is called 'Being On My Own' according to Brian May. It summons his feelings about her mother's passing shortly before he recorded it. It is included in the same track as Another World, exactly one silent minute right after the actual song. You can get it in the EU/USA/International releases of his 1998 album ANOTHER WORLD (not included in the Japanese issue).

  • It's essentially a piano version of "Business". Great.

  • Hell yeah. Truly beautiful.

  • "thats all i can manage" he says at the end

  • some sheet for this, please?!!

  • What's with the voice at the end??

  • Even I never heard it!!!!!!!!

  • I love this, I remember hearing it come on after had bought the album when it came out.

There's quite a long gap from the last song, until this comes on, I had to keep listening to it, it was just so good to discover.

  • I'm constantly discovering new B. May material. What a joy!!! Just purchased the album.

  • Brian May solo, Album Another World, title track. Look up God (the Dream is Over) on any dload site. Stunnngly beautiful beyond this. Freddie was the voice of Queen, but if you listen to May's solo work, he WAS Queen. Unbelievable....

  • @dasboatless perfectly right :D

  • When i listen to this, i'm defenetly in ANOTHER WORLD! Thanks for posting!

  • Is this a Queen song? Which album is it from?

Please let me know, I loved the melody.

  • Is this a queen song? In which album is it from? Who sings it? Please let me know, I loved the melody.

  • Not a Queen song, it's from Brian May's solo album "Another World". It is lovely and so is the "Another World" track too!

  • Yeah... I loved it when I just bough the album and I forgot to turn it off when it finished
