It may be irresponsible and rude to brandish in public, but I am 99% sure it is NOT illegal. It's simply...well, stupid, at your own risk, etc...because if police see you and think it's real, they only have to ask you to drop it once before they're authorized to shoot. However, there is a REASON they make the orange tips. I'm not suggesting anyone brandish them, I'm just advocating correct information. I'm really pretty sure it's legal to brandish; it's just stupid.

Hi, this may be a bit hard to believe, but our walk-in store could some times get hundreds of customers inside. With our 15~20 staff in the store, sometimes we would have a waiting list and the number system is the best way to prevent anyone getting mad about another person cutting in line. (So everyone can be wondering around and browsing instead of "standing in a line". This change have removed all the complaints we used to get in the store. Just an example of "WE CARE"

Your misinformation on the law is informational. I do shop at your online store, but I would like if you actually did some research on legal issues before you just state what you THINK the law is.

In regards to brandishing, refer to California Penal Code 417. Carrying does not qualify, there needs to be a threatening display.

To any cop, most airsoft guns if not all look real and unfortunately there situations where you'll be shot before they check the firearm.
