If it is a sanctioned event on a licensed track, insurance has no choice but to cover the accident. Doesn't mean they won't drop you after they settle, but they have to pay.
Same myth as insurance will not cover you if you drive on an "Officially closed road".
@chevyboi41 insurance dont cover drag racing. i believe it wont even pay for the other guys lightning because it was a wreck and both drivers ins companies might drop them as a liability
