I was sick a couple of weeks ago with a sore throat and a cough. That drink seems like its potent, but gets the job done lol. Personally I stick to tea with honey, and the odd neo citran(only a couple since I hate lemon) and it goes away fairly quick.

Emergen-C's are good. I often take Witches' Brew, with a lemony concoction as you're doing. Also, lemon juice, honey, whiskey, a bit of butter all in hot water is soothing as well. Hope you're feeling better, mate !
