This is pretty much a direct ripoff Of My Bloody Valentine's "Soon".. Ulrich practically admits it himself, he's a big fan of MBV.

I can only find live versions of MBV/Soon with crappy sound that's hard to make out. The melody and nuances are almost completely lost. It would be helpful to hear a studio version of MBV/Soon.

Ulrich made this song really nice with lots of detail and nice sounds. I wouldn't call it a direct rip off. Inspired perhaps.
