Dude collectible 35# the way you described is totaly confusing, took me 3 loadings 10 minutes to figure out IT'S NOT at the end of left path's corridor but you have to circle back on the parallel right side till the end... just a friendly correction your cool. :)

to anyone having trouble finding this collectible, you have to make a U after choosing the left path along the outside of the room. The collectible is past the the grinder that appears across from you if you stop to clear the bottom floor before searching for the collectible. The door to the right is blocked so you cannot pick it up just by heading right.

The thing with this one is that it's at the very end of the right ladder.What you have to do is:Take the upper(left)path,climb the stairs,then descend,take right,right again,climb the other sety of stairs,this is when you meet the GRINDER.then,go straight ahead and it should be there.

when you start to take the left parth dont stop at the first corner keep going and yo find it

The worm one is simple, take left, but don't go looking for the first corridor you see, it's the one with the Gunner init. So look down the corridor with the Gunner and you'll find it!

Actually xyjar it doesn't matter which path you take because after the first split and when you get reunited there is another split path, bur it's not the type that you choose which way to go. From there you go right and find the collectible.

xyjar, the Left way doesnt get u the collectible, maybe i must have step over it and didnt see it, but i loaded the checkpoint and did the Right side and after u kill that grinder, the collectible poped up. that was wierd, so maybe its some kind of defect or the Right way is really the right way to go. Correction: You dont need to take a left. You can also get it when you go right.

for 35 go on the LEFT path and follow the path all the way around...when you take the left path you can look out the window (like thing) and see the grinder...its on that side... go onto that side and down the stairs it makes a U shape you start on one side of the U and go to the other side of the U

To explain it better, when you get to the part to choose paths, just choose 1, fight the locust, when you get to the part where you go down stairs, face towards it but turn around, you should see stairs going up, go up to that and follow the hall across, you should see more stairs going down and ammo box, if you do, it should be there after going downstairs and before you enter to get the ammo. hopefully that helps.

no, the first spot looks exactly like where the artifact is found, thus confusing people. you have to keep going, take a right, and then you'll find a grinder. kill em and keep going and you'll walk down stairs and see it.

For #35 as soon as you run up the stairs look across the room and you will see a Grinder. That is where you have to go, the hallway is shaped like an upside down U.

With 35 take the left path and continue going until a path leads right, go down that way, dont take the first right but continue forward. The last right will lead you down a similar corridor, that is where it is.

the first hall has no enemy, you still need to run down to the end. take a right and you will see another door that looks similar to the first hall you went down. a enemy with a gattling gun is in the hall. run past him and pick up the collectible

I have a question, Ive beaten gears of war 1 on all difficulties but it wont unlock the kim character or brothers carmine even though I have the achievements, also some how all my combat data was erased, but I still have the achievements some one tell me whats going on please

To unlock the characters you need to be connected to Xbox Live when you start the game then they will all unlock at the main menu. As for your data being erased, it happened to me once too. It was also a glitch in Gears of War 1. A new update should have fixed the problem if you have Xbox Live. Note: You won't get your data back, you'll have to start again unfortunely.

For anyone having a problem with Act 4 5th chapter, 2nd collectable thing, it is not straight at the bottom of the steps like this video makes it seem, you have to take the upper path (right) then go all the way down that hallway, then make a right, go straight till you run into a wall, then take another right, go straight, and its at the bottom of the steps, you make a U basically from where you chose to take the upper path.
