  • I remeber this trip. very seldomly do steam trains pass through taumarunui without me knowing about it but this one caught me off guard.

  • It's Feilding & Districts Steam Rail Wab 794 en-route from Feilding to Hamilton for a series of charity runs between Hamilton and Te Kuiti this coming Saturday and Sunday. Think each trip is $75 return.

    Also don't forget the Silver Fern Railcar was through southbound this morning and is due back into Hamilton northbound at 4:00pm Sunday.
