You can try to claim otherwise, but the term "just frame" by convention isn't just referring to timing. Just frame moves change the original move's property either through more damage or less recovery time, or giving it more stun / combo value.

This is a matter of convention, not personal opinion - which is why you using the term just-frame is wrong in this case.

On the same token of convention, combos are only considered combos if the entire chain is inescapable. Hence, this is not a combo

A combo in Tekken is GUARANTEED damage, and all this damage is guaranteed unless the player press Square when Marduk goes for the ground grab within 15 frames of him grabbing.
