1-Mucha agua en la pista por la lluvia. 2-pista del aeropuerto es muy corta. 3-Aterrizaje de avión muy rapido. La resultad es trágica.. Las autoridades del aeropuerto en Sao Paulo Brazil necesitan extender la pista que es muy corta y peligrosa en dias lluviosos, otra opción es relocalisar o cerrar el aeropuerto las vidas de las gente es mas importante. No va ser la ultima vez si se mantiene abierto. Dios bendiga alas familias, y los que perdieron la vida que vayan Dios.

Capitan, the more you post the more credibility you and your "mechanics teacher" lose. I think you need a new teacher, and here's your first lesson: THRUST REVERSERS WOULD NOT HAVE MADE A SINGLE DIFFERENCE IF THEY HAD BEEN CONNECTED!  Reverse thrust is not used to determine landing distances. The runway is short and something happened, but the thrust reversers being disabled did not cause the accident. THRUST REVERSERS DO NOT REDUCE LANDING DISTANCE BY ANY SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT.

the runway at sau paulo is too short for these bigger aircraft. 8 planes in two years have run off it. needs to be improved!

It can't be improved because it's in the middle of the city. These flights with big airplanes should be redirected to another airport.

I guess a "Flight mechanics teacher" qualifies as an expert in accident investigation and aeraunatical engineering.... I guess you can't expect much from a "Flight mechanics" student who listens to crap coming out of his teacher's mouth.

I have thousands of hours in the airplane (as a pilot) and wouldn't dare to make such a verdict without even a glimpse of the facts.

Do you know the difference between facts and speculation? Look it up.

Everytime i hear about a plane crash, i just fall in tears coz i got a good class mate of mine in Malaysia who was killed in the Greek crash last summer. It was most aweful time of my life. So i know how friends and families feel about this devestating crash.
