05 Altima 3.5 with full Magnaflow cat back and fujitsu cai

I have one of these cars the 3.5 sl and even without the intake and the exhaust system this car is fantastic. I put a K&n intake on mine and i love the way it sounds now that the quieter air box is gone. Im planning on putting a magnaflow catback system on it soon so it hould sound even better.

I got the raceline y pipe and it was totally worth every penny. It made more of a difference than my injen cold air. Gives it alittle more growl at lowend.

This video, or any video on youtube for that matter, does not truly capture the beastly sound of a CAI on the VQ. When you lay into it, it SCREAMS. Gotta love it. The Fujistu and Injen cold air intakes scream the most. If you really wanna turn some heads, look into either of them...

Very nice man is that an 2005 3.5S or 3.5Se but it says on computer that 3.5S are slower then Se even though they have the same amount of horsepower and everything is that true?? Wat was your when it was stock to 60mph?? im curious cuz im getting one soon

There is no such thing as a 3.5S. There is a 2.5S. But the VQ 3.5 V6 engine is only available in models that are listed as 3.5SE and 3.5SL. There was also 3.5SE-R made in 05&06 which is the most bad ass Altima IMO.

@oginikolas the 3.5S is just as fast as the SE the only difference is that the 3.5S(and also the 3.5SL) top out at 113MPH like the 2.5's whereas the SE and SE-R top out at 147MPH

@123mrkevind I have an SE and if you go over 100 the thing will fly off the road. They are fast from 0-60 but they don't handle for shit. I beat a Challenger R/T the other day off the line though. I have the 5 speed manual.

nice sounds mann...I got an injen cold air intake and a Greddy catback exhaust with a cut resonator as a straight pipe on my 05 3.5 Maxima. it sounds preety much the same

I have added a catman y pipe since that video and reworked my factory air box,and have a best of 5.35 0to 60 on that Gtech.I have also improved my gas mileage to 23 miles per gallon.

Gtech is very accurate, I have the ss and the older one on here. He had some wheel spin and I bet can get to 5.55 or so.

On paper they are, but realistically I think its more like 2-3 tenths. The 5AT only does 63mph in 2nd so the gear spreads a lot better than the 4AT from 02-04
