I remember the first time I heard this particular version of this song during my second year in college- being a Dead fan I instantly recognized the tune and the band, but when I heard the sax (being a Sting fan) I did a Scooby Doo "aarooo??" and instantly wondered if it was Branford in some holy musical Voltron of awesomeness. I bought the album immediately, and approximately eight million listens later I still get goosebumps to this day listening to the swirling melodies. Thanks for uploading.

1990 was a memorable year, mostly because of Brent's death. The band had hit another peak and was playing as well as ever. Thursday nights at Nassau Coliseum were always extra special.

This is by far the most awesome performance by the dead that i have ever seen! I've seen them 14 times, the first of which was DesMoinse IA in 71. I don't know what it is with this particular group but the chemistry (teehee) is outstanding. This particular concert occured on my birthday (36th). So to eveyone i say break out whatever gets you off and sit back and love on this beautiful music.
