To turn on the tracking workspace, go to "Window -> Workspace -> Motion Tracking"

@FeebleNosemanny Same thing happened to me heres a fix: in after effects, click windows (at the top) then check tracker. Now on the right side you will see the box.

@ConflictedMike Doesnt produce a clean image. Get weird horizontal lines. In TV shows and movies they almost always motion track images onto the televisions or phones, because it is easier for the viewer to see
