After watching this vid not only did I sub but I placed an order. Sadly, I have had the money taken with NO response from them at all. After 3 emails I think I'm giving up. This has been the worst customer service I had experienced yet and I was sooo looking forward to ordering more from the. Still, great vid though :)

I am curious why you always talk about not being able to wear warm colors...I am also a light skinned red head, and my favorite colors to wear are coppers, golds, and browns. At least I feel these compliment my skin tone, and eyes the best...is there a rule I''m missing about cools, and warms?

@krosess in a way, yes. when a person is cool toned they look better in cooler colors and when someone is warm toned they look better in warm tones, but that generally doesn't mean a warm toned person cannot wear a cool color unless it REALLY clashes with their skintone.

Lol its funny that you mention putting people to sleep. Totally not a bad thing but alot of times your videos do put me to sleep hahaha. I <3 heavenly naturals. Their hair products and the scents that come along with them are YUMMY! i have a question about a certain eyeshadow, Its called captured..Its the prettiest purple , eee duo chrome aqua eeee..color! but If i apply it dry the duo chrome kinda goes away, but if i apply it wet...it doesn't apply the same, theres more duo chromeness on one eye more so then the other..lol have you tried it? do you have the same issue?
