How do you put water in your theam park all I see on my park is swimming pools water nothing too do with water

It is in the area where ground forming is... maybe you have to have one of the expansion packs but I don't think so. The icon looks like a drop of water.

I built a rollercoaster using the same trick and it worked for a few minutes than the walls closed up again!

Yeah it's tough. When that happens you have to delete a window and add one back in... then it works again... I think.

Check out my newer "real under water" videos... that way will work better for ya.

It does work... otherwise the video could have never been made.

BUT... this is a difficult thing to do.

I suggest not bothering with this way and watch the "true under water" tutorial I did later.

Well... is build a kind of an indoor park, or something like a close place where the people can go inside... is stupid, but I can't do that =P

I made a little house, with the walls, roof... but the people can't go inside. Can you understand? Sorry, I'm brazilian... =P

Do you have a path leading into the building? Are you leaving an opening for the peeps to go into the building or are you building a piece over the path? They may not be able to walk thru that piece.

Yes, I have a path leading into the building. About the opening to go into the building, I put a door. I'm not shure if it works. The door is just a decoration? Do I still have to leave the opening?

Yeah the good is just a decoration... I don't think the peeps can go thru it.

Thanks... it was most likely just where the sun was in the sky at diff times I was recording (in the game). Otherwise maybe I turned off 'reflect sky'.

Have you done a video tutorial on building flat rides under water? I saw the one Maxximvs typed up, but I'm so confused about the raising and sinking of the land.

Nope I haven't... yeah that is pretty tricky getting those to work.

I just figured it out (took about 7 hours). Now the only problem I'm having is getting underground paths... I can use the underwater paths, but when it comes to the regular, it isn't working. Great tutorials by the way man! It was very detailed and very helpful :)

Yeah the sound is terrible on the underwater (underground) tutorials... I may have rushed at the end. I went back and cut out parts that were too long or where things didn't work right. So, it probably came out odd.

RCT3 is the base game, Soaked lets you do water park stuff in RCT3, Wild lets you make zoo stuff in RCT3, Gold is RCT3 and Soaked. Platinum is RCT with Soaked and Wild.

You have to change your display settings to HIGH or go to custom and then enable reflective water. I have a video that talks about some of the custom settings.

You are very welcome... I encourage you to watch the video response that someone posted to #1 of this underground tutorial... There is another way to do this that requires hacking a file... but is possibly easier and with better results.

Nope... there are already some that others have made... just search RCT3 building tutorial. One thing to keep in mind is that you hold the shift key down when you want to move an object up and down.

Yes it is safe... I would in no way be able to 100% say that is true... but if you download from yodhin's site I would be very comfortable. I have run into a few CSO's that have caused RCT3 to crash... but then I delete that CSO group.

Welcome... be sure to watch the video that someone linked to the first tutorial on this topic. There is another way to do under water stuff that works much better and is easier (sort of), but requires tweaking a file that the game uses.

So, you already know how to get into the mode where the camera is how to move it around? If so, then any path you take the camera in will be where it records...

How do you place water i forgot right back

Click on Terrain tools (the shovel) and then on fill with water (the waves) then just click on one of the walls of the hole you have made. PS... it can only fill up to where it will run into something. So, if it does not fill as far as you expect then look to see if there is something in the way. Also, it will only fill as high as the ride. So, if you have a ride going into the area where you want wanter the water will only fill till it hits part of the ride.

Unless part of the object(s) are poking above the water line you will not see them from the ride when under water (at least that I have ever found). That is why in one of the videos the crab and boat can be seen but not other things.

Nope... You just will not see thru it but at least the ride will look better when riding it. I just didn't bother making things look pretty in the tutorial.

Lol. I have a question thats really nooby but me and my friend bought rct3 and we cant change the veiw! we can zoom in and out but we can like go right to left. also, whenever i press save, it says "cannot connect to rollercoaster tycoon 3" and doesnt save, DO you know whats wrong? :(

For the second question... Do you have the CD in the drive? I am thinking maybe it is looking for that before it will save.

Check out one of my first water park tutorials... When you make a pool complex there is an option on the left for the changing rooms.

I've read somewhere how to do it... but it is pretty complicated. You have to first have the original files... then you have to open a HEX exitor... and edit a file to point to the shark room. It's the kind of thing that if you do it wrong you mess up the game.

I have just started working with CS... I am having some trouble working with Masks to make 2D cut outs without the high polly count of actually "cutting out" the shape in a 3D Editor.

I think it comes with Soaked. I have the Platinum Edition... So, it just came with the game. PS... I think I found what my audio issue was. So, hopefully the next will sound better.
