im thinking about buying this case from ebay but does the lip protect the screen and will it fit iphone 4s?

Picked one up at walmart for ten dollars right after I got my iPhone 4S from apple. All around... Pretty good case. It does protect it will and the lips that align up around the screen make it good for protecting the screen itself. The back in my opinion is okay. It depends on who you are but like I said. It was ten dollars at walmart. It's worth it.

Right now I have the defender series otterbox. And it's not fun when you keep it in your pocket. My question to you is, does the griffin have a lip on the sides of the screen? Meaning can you lay it face down on a table and not worry?

Had this case for over a year now and it still fits perfect. I dropped my iphone so many times even on the concrete driveway and it always saved my phone. I'd buy it again anytime!!

I got this Griffin from the case program about one year ago. Very satisfied, perfect fit. Also, the looks of this case are much better than any other case, in my opinion. After my holiday in Vietnam the rubber edge let go, probably due to the heat, but still it provided almost one year of good service! I would recommend this product and am looking to buy the same one again!

I screwed up an bought an android. When iphone 5 comes out I want a case that gives allot of protection with not too much bulk. Damn android is buggy as hell. At least you don't have to pull the battery 3 times a day in the iphone to use it.My eyes are bad & iphone can enlarge text, so no more looking for glasses a 100 times a day. No android will do that. Just wish I knew this before I blew 400 on android junk. 1st time smart phone buyer & I screwed up big time.Like buggy phones buy android.

I chose the apple bumper over the Griffin case and regretted my choice. The bumper is really flimsy and after a few months usage, the bottom part of the bumper where the plastic bit is has been torn apart. It doesn't fit into my ipod docker and I have to remove the cover everytime I wanna use the docker.

i know you mentioned the lack of scratch protection for the back, but once again DO NOT get this case if you don't already have a protective screen for the back... it collects random dust from God knows where and you end up having thin scratches on the back..

i have the Apple Bumper CAse And the Reveal Etch, Gotta say, This Is The Best case i have ever used, Big Minus on this "Reveal Etch" is the edges are quite soft and bendy, you can easily get dust underneath the edges, and without backprotector, your Nice and Shining Back is Doomed, But im a technician working in Dirty and dusty envoirments and i havent got any dust underneath it so its not a Problem, yet

i actually dont know what to order from the apple bumper case program, im between the incase snap case smoke and the griffin reveal etch graphite... my only worries is that the rubber on the edges from the griffin reveal could be a pain when sticking it in my pant's pocket or out other than the incase which i know is completely hard case and could slip easier in my pocket. let me know your thoughts about this, will be greatly appreciated. peace mate!

Hi. I realize that there's 2 versions of the griffin reveal etch. One is with the KEYHOLE CAM/FLASH CUTOUT and another with the NORMAL OVAL CAM/FLASH CUTOUT.

Which version is the newer version? Which version is the one that is redesigned for the flash issue?

Just received this case from the apple iphone 4 case program.

Its very good all of the buttons and holes match up well and the case has a nice finish and an expensive feel, the hole is nice and big for the camera and flash and the hard back provides good protection along with the high grade silicone sides, very good case.
