I figured it out!!! I took off the "Close" under my action and then checked the override save as when I set the settings for the batch.

I tried all of that, but I still get the "JPEG Options" pop-up window for every image and I have to manualy click "OK" to continue with the images. Any advice on how to make this automaticaly click ok?
