looking good, but you lost too much muscle during the diet process. I'd focus on packing the mass for another year, then come back and make it no contest. But you looked great!!! Keep it up!
The photo's are 11 weeks apart from start to finish, diet, lots of water 6-8 litres a day and the training is higher reps around 12 or more reps for upper body and 20 rep sets on legs...including squats which is a killer.
Yeh no probs..8 eggs (2 yolks only)+2 toast for breakfast. meal 2)50g porridge oats 2 hrs later. Then meal 3,4,5 is 200g chicken breast + 65g dry weight rice. meal 6)300g rump steak with green beans.Then 50g whey protein before sleeping. oh and 50g whey protein straight after training. Yeh i also used Glutamine when i was dieting taken on an empty stomach (to help it absosb faster) and basic vitamins like vit C, B complex. cheers
